Impact Through Volunteering
Over the past two years, we have connected more than 20 student volunteers to TeenTalk, a peer support program that trains students to provide confidential, nonjudgmental guidance on mental health, relationships, and stress management. These volunteer sessions, which span the entire school year, allow students to engage in direct mental health advocacy, develop crisis response and active listening skills, and contribute meaningfully to their community. Through this initiative, our members gain real-world experience in psychology while making mental health support more accessible for their peers. Interested in joining us? It's not too late!
